We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. The customer hereby agrees that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer (if and as applicable).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
There Bold In Black reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you (if and as applicable).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
